He spent several years working as a Featured Singer onboard Cruise Ships, achieving several fitness goals and learning how to optimise training and nutrition. Michael is passionate about weight training, but has experience in cardio, nutrition and aerial training. He has sufficient experience in sculpting physiques on cruise ships, and wants to share his knowledge and experience with you. He is very excited to have you on the plan and can’t wait to get started!

With over 15 years training and experience in fitness, Morgan can share his knowledge of bodybuilding, calisthenics, aerial training, flexibility and gymnastics.Morgan specialises in body recomposition and creating habits and routines that allow people to achieve life changing results whilst still being able to enjoy themselves without too many restrictions.
