Honey and garlic glazed Salmon

Ingredients
250g Sweet potato
110g Salmon
Dash of Coconut oil
1 Small garlic clove
10g Honey
100g Tender-stem broccoli
60g peas
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic Granules to taste
Chilli flakes to taste
Peel 250g of Sweet Potato and cut into cubes.
In a separate bowl mix together a 1 small garlic clove with 10g of honey.
Coat 1 salmon fillet in a dash of oil with salt and pepper to taste, wrap in foil to make a parcel.
Put wrapped salmon fillet in air fryer for 15 minutes at 200c OR in a conventional oven for 20 minutes at 200c.
Bring sweet potatoes to the boil and cook for 9 minutes or until soft.
Coat a griddle pan with oil and cook your tender-stem broccoli for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
Around 7 minutes into cooking the salmon, remove from the oven and coat in your honey garlic glaze, rewrap the parcels with a small gap in the foil and continue cooking for another 8 minutes.
Bring peas to the boil and cook for 4 minutes before draining.
Once sweet potatoes are soft, drain and return to the pan. Add garlic granules and chill flakes to taste and mash until smooth.
Once salmon is cooked remove from foil and serve with sweet potato mash, tender stem broccoli and peas.
