Ingredients

250g Chicken Breast

50g Liquid Egg Whites

1 Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise

1 Rice Cake

1 Teaspoon Ground Paprika

3 Dashes Hot Sauce

3 Sprays Fry Light Cooking Oil

  1. Cut 250g of Chicken Breast into 5 pieces.

  2. Blend rice cake in a blender with smoked paprika until crumb like consistency.

  3. Mix Chicken Breast with 50g egg whites in bowl, before coating the chicken breast in rice cake crumbs and place in air fryer for 23 minutes or until cooked through/ golden brown.

  4. Whilst chicken is cooking, prepare sauce by mixing 3 dashes of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise and smoked paprika to taste in a bowl.
