Ingredients

4 Slices Danish lighter white bread

250g Liquid egg whites

50g Almond milk

Dash of Coconut oil

1 Scoop Protein Powder

(We used Per4m Caramel Biscuit Whey Advanced Protein, but any will do)

1 Banana

Sprinkle Almond Flakes

Zero calorie syrup (Salted caramel)

(We used bulk, but any will do)

  1. Blend 150g liquid egg whites, 50g almond milk and 1 scoop of protein powder in a blender.

  2. Once blended pour mixture onto plate, leave bread to soak in mixture for a couple of minutes, making sure to cover both sides of the bread.

  3. Use a dash of coconut oil in a large pan and heat to medium. Once pan is warm enough place bread slices in pan. Flip half way through cooking.

  4. Once bread is cooked all the way through remove from the pan ready for garnishing.

  5. Garnish with Banana, almond flakes and zero calorie syrup (Or any toppings of your choice) ready to serve.
