Ingredients
125g Beef Mince
100g Wholegrain Fusilli
0.5 Medium Carrot
0.5 Medium Onion
100g Chopped Tomatoes
20g Tomato Puree
30ml Red Wine
Dash Chopped Red Chilli
Dash Garlic Paste
Dash Worcester Sauce
0.25 Beef Stock Cube
Mixed herbs to taste
Oregano to taste
3 Sprays Fry Light Cooking Oil
Spray pan with fry light cooking oil, preheat pan and brown off the mince.
Finely chop the onion and carrot before placing into the pan with the mince. Add Chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, red wine, red chilli, garlic paste, worcester sauce, mixed herbs and oregano.
In a separate bowl mix the beef stock cube with 400ml of boiled water, before adding to the pan.
Leave to cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
In a separate pan add your wholegrain fusilli and add boiled water until completely covered. Put on high heat for 8 - 10 minutes, or until cooked.
Drain pasta before serving, add bolognese mix once cooked.
