Ingredients

200 Sweet Potato

250g Chicken Breast(1 Breast)

5 Asparagus 

1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Smoked paprika to taste

Garlic granules to taste

  1. Wash 200g of Sweet Potato and cut into wedges. Coat with garlic granules and smoked paprika.

  2. In a separate bowl coat your 250g chicken breast in salt, pepper garlic granules and smoked paprika.

  3. Place both the chicken breast and sweet potato wedges into the airfryer, making sure to cook for 20-23 minutes. Turn ingredients half way through cooking. 

  4. With 7 minutes to go, cook your asparagus in water on the stove on medium - high heat for 5-7 minutes. Add salt to taste. If the asparagus is too long to fit fully in the water, use a pan lid and use the steam to cook.

  5. Remove all items and serve
