Ingredients

250g Chicken Breast

1 Brioche Bun

1 Lightly Salted Rice Cake

1 Egg

200g Sweet Potato

Salad Garnish (We used tomato and lettuce)

Dash of Hot Sauce

1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

1 Tablespoon Light Mayonnaise

Salt and Pepper to taste

6 Fly light Spray

Garlic Granules to taste

  1. Cut 250g of Chicken Breast into 2 pieces.

  2. Blend rice cake in a blender with smoked paprika and pepper until crumb like consistency.

  3. Mix Chicken Breast with 1 egg in bowl, before coating the chicken breast in rice cake crumbs and place in air fryer for 23 minutes or until cooked through.

  4. Cut 200g of sweet potato into wedge shapes, coat in garlic granules and cook for 23 minutes in the air fryer or until golden.

  5. Whilst chicken is cooking, prepare sauce by mixing 1 teaspoon of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise and pepper to taste in a bowl.

  6. Prepare your burger by placing your sauce and garnishing in the bun, along with the chicken, and serve.
